Common Thyme (Thymus vulgaris)
9cm pot
A hardy perennial herb with delicious scented leaves and flowers. Shrubby growth habit which should be trimmed regularly to produce lots of new growth. Traditionally used with roasted vegetables and meats, thyme also makes a delicious tea. The purple flowers are also edible. Attractive to bees and butterflies.
Organic herbs raised from certified seed or mother plants and grown in peat-free Soil Association approved compost. These plants are well established in 9cm pots and are ready to plant out. We currently sell all our herbs in re-used plastic pots and encourage you to reuse the pots again to keep them out of landfill for as long as possible!
