Description
Mugwort (Artemesia vulgaris)
9cm pot
A hardy perennial which goes well in most sites. Greyish-green leaves with lighter coloured undersides which show when the leaves flutter in the wind. Tiny red unshowy flowers held on tall spikes in summer. Mugwort is traditionally served with meat in some countries, and has a wide range of associations with both folklore and herbal medicine.
Organic herbs raised from certified seed or mother plants and grown in peat-free Soil Association approved compost. These plants are well established in 9cm pots and are ready to plant out. We currently sell all our herbs in re-used plastic pots and encourage you to reuse the pots again to keep them out of landfill for as long as possible!
