Chamomile Tea is naturally caffeine-free, perfect for a restful and relaxing drink. We grow our organic chamomile here on our farm and harvest it carefully by hand to ensure minimum bruising of the flowers before they are dried – which helps give our Chamomile Tea a clean, clear flavour.

Loose dried whole chamomile flowers, 25g.
Chamomile Tea is a delicious and naturally caffeine-free drink. We grow organic Wild/ German Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) here on our farm and harvest it carefully by hand to ensure minimum bruising of the flowers before they are dried – which helps give our Chamomile Tea a clean, clear flavour. We pick the flowers but not the leaves, so the tea tastes naturally sweet and floral, without any bitterness.
To enjoy this tea at it’s best, use 1 teaspoon of chamomile flowers per mug, pour water which is just off the boil and leave the tea to infuse for 4-5 minutes. Ideally the tea should be covered while it infuses – if you are using a cup rather than a teapot then place a saucer over the tea while it brews. Serve as it is, or with a spoonful of honey for a relaxing and restful drink.
